1. Important Information
- Sale items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.
- If a replacement is not possible due to size or colour unavailability, a Gift Card / Store Credit will be issued.
- Gift Card validity: 6 months from date of issue.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Fee: ₹200 — covers return pickup & processing- Initiation — Request must be made within 72 hours of product delivery.
- Condition — Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and invoice intact.
- Video Requirement — A clear unboxing / packing video is mandatory for approval.
- Return Pickup — Pickup is arranged only after the video has been verified.
- Replacement Dispatch — Replacement is shipped only after the returned product is received by us.
- Payment — The exchange process begins only after the ₹200 fee is paid.
- Processing Time — Exchange may take up to 15 days depending on logistics.
- Size / Product Change — Mention the required new size or provide full details of the new product at the time of request.
- Reverse Pickup Not Available — If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, please courier the product directly to us at:

3. Return Policy
We do not accept returns once a product has been sold. All sales are final unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 5).
4. Exchange Credit Policy
If an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of size or colour, we will issue a Gift Card / Store Credit valid for 6 months — so you never lose the value of your purchase.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
- If a product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it with priority shipping at no extra cost.
- All items go through a 3-layer quality check before dispatch.
- Packing of every order is recorded as proof on our end.
