Made to Order pieces are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed — in natural fibres like cotton and linen. A little patience goes a long way. 🌿
2. Shipping Locations
We proudly offer free shipping across India on all orders. For international customers, shipping is available and charges are calculated at checkout — paid by the customer.
3. Delivery Times
Domestic · India
- Standard Shipping — 5–6 working days. Fulfilled via reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
- Express Shipping — Available at an additional charge of ₹250. Guaranteed delivery within 2–3 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all India orders- Domestic orders: Free shipping across India (exceptions may apply during promotional periods or on sale items).
- Express delivery: ₹250 additional charge.
- International orders: Charges calculated and paid at checkout.
5. Customs & Duties
- Domestic orders: No additional taxes or charges applied at checkout.
- International orders: Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, reshipping will be arranged at the customer's expense. We will notify you and provide payment instructions for the reship.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Erayana is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
